Welcome to Kusina – From Our Kitchen to Yours

Kusina started as a passion project—sharing home-cooked Filipino meals through catering for family, friends, and the local community here in Swift Current. What began as small gatherings quickly grew into pop-ups at markets and local events, where more and more people asked, “When can we have this more often?”

That support inspired us to take the next step. Today, we’re proud to welcome you to our very own restaurant, located by the highway on the service road side, now open for dine-in and takeout.

As our name says—Kusina, meaning kitchen—our food is made with the same love, ingredients, and methods we use at home. No chemical preservatives—just honest, freshly prepared meals that feel like home.

While our heart is rooted in Filipino cuisine, especially our signature grilled chicken and pork, our menu reflects more than just tradition. We bring in diverse global flavors—like savory beef shawarma, fusion rice bowls, and freshly baked pastries—to offer something for every taste.
